　　相信各位对辞典这个词不陌生，从小学汉字学英语学任何一门新的语言，我们都需要辞典。它就像是语言文字的基础一样，万能而全面。

　　You must know what a dictionary is and you must have used it when you learned a language. It contains a lot of information and is useful and comprehensive.

　　你有没有想过，关于吃饭这个事儿，你也许也可以找到一本辞典？告诉你什么时候吃什么，该吃什么，你的身体想吃什么？

　　Have you thought of a dictionary for eating, which tells you about when to eat and what to eat and what your body needs?

　　这样一本神奇的辞典就存在于TRIBE的菜单上，老朋友们一定知道我们在说啥 — 健康辞典。

　　Such a wonderful dictionary (more like a Glossary, rather) can be found on TRIBE’s menu. If you are our old friend, you know what we are talking about— our Glossary of Goodness.

　　对于大部分上海的新朋友来说，可能对这这个专有名词还有些陌生。别急，让我们来好好为你一一介绍。

　　For our new friends in Shanghai this may not sound familiar. We will explain.

　　在TRIBE的每一道菜品下面，都会标有来自这些健康辞典当中不同的小标示，通过这些简单的字母和图案，你可以很快的知道这道菜品在营养方面的所拥有的特点，对身体的有益影响。就如同你在汉语辞典里找到那个字，就可以知道该字的解释一样，易如反掌。

　　Under each dish’s name on the menu, you can see certain symbols from the glossary, and if you know what the symbol stands for, you will know the nutritional characteristics of the dish, how it benefits your body . You can look up the explanations of the symbols on the menu, just like looking up words in a glossary.

　　每一个标示都表示着不同的含义。下面就为大家简述个别几个常用标示的意义：

　　Each symbol means something different. Here are the meanings of some commonly seen symbols:

　　HP = 高蛋白质：顾名思义，这道菜富含蛋白质啊！从动物蛋白到植物蛋白，爱健身的朋友们一定很喜欢这个标示。

　　HP = High Protein. The dish contains high protein, including plant proteins and animal proteins. If you love working out you will love this symbol.

　　V = 素食 ，VV = 严格素食 ：从北京到上海，我们都是一家素食友好餐厅。吃素的朋友们可要眼尖的找到这两个标示了。其中VV是不含蛋奶制品的严格素食。

　　V = Vegetarian; VV = Very Vegan:From Beijing to Shanghai, we stay vegetarian and vegan-friendly. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, look for these symbols. VV stands for food that doesn't even contain egg and dairy or any other animal-derived products.

　　P = 史前饮：史前饮食随着瘦身风潮的兴起也火了一把，但是有更多的朋友们认为，史前饮食更多的能够帮助自己吃得更佳干净。想要尝试的朋友们，以及已经在尝试的朋友们，再也不用花时间找餐厅了。

　　P = Paleo. The Paleo Diet has become popular as more people try lose weight. But more people are starting to believe that paleo food helps them eat in a more clean manner. If you want to give it a try or you are already trying it, look no further and stop by!

　　SF = 无糖：我们拒绝用添加剂来加工我们的食物，同时我们要用实力告诉大家，健康的食物的可以非常好吃。像你心心念念的甜点，甚至也可以用天然的调味剂来制作。尽量少摄取人工添加的糖分，除了有效控制体重，更对身体好哦！

　　SF = Sugar Free. We refuse to process our food with artificial additives and we want to prove that healthy food can be just as delicious. Even the desserts you love can be made with natural condiments. Avoiding ingesting artificial sugar is good for your health and for weight control.

　　PB = 益生菌：我们关心你的肠道健康，如果你今天刚好宿醉，或者最近有些消化不良，请寻找这个标示来帮户保护你的肠道环境。

　　PB= Probiotics. We care about your intestinal health. If you happen to have a hangover today or have had dyspepsia lately, please locate the dish with this symbol in order to protect your intestinal environment.

　　GF = 无麸质 Gluten Free：麸质过敏成了很多人从未发现却存在的隐患（详情可以看这一篇），如果你刚好是其中之一，或者你依旧是因为健身在尝试这种前卫的饮食方法，那么恭喜你，你再也不需要让餐厅大厨给你改菜单还担心做错了！

　　GF = Gluten Free. Allergy to gluten has become a problem that many haven’t realized (click here to learn more). If you are allergic to gluten, or simply trying this diet for the sake of bodybuilding, you now don’t need to ask the chef to alter the recipe for you whilst worrying about whether the chef can make the dish as you wish.
